From the front desk to checking out 5 stars! Little wait, NP listened, asked questions, phlebotomist was great. I’m in the medical profession so I’m pretty picky. Everyone blew me away. Yes, go to Crouch family medicine!

I do not leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff at this doctor’s office. The way a particular staff member handled patients was disappointing and unacceptable.
When I called to make an appointment, the young girl answered the phone with “Hello” after 7 rings. I confirmed I had the correct number since a business typically answers the phone with professionalism. I was met with dismissive attitudes and curt responses when asking basic questions about scheduling. From this point, I sensed a lack of organization, communication, and courtesy—qualities that are essential in any healthcare setting.
What was most frustrating was when I asked for an email address to send over my bloodwork so the doctor could review it. I was told their email was not working because they had recently changed systems. When I asked when this change occurred, I was surprised to hear it happened back in January—months ago. It was hard to understand why such a basic communication tool was still unavailable.
There was a clear sense that patient concerns were being brushed off. This simple request was met with eye rolls and sarcasm, and the staff member showed no genuine interest in helping me find a solution. Instead of offering an alternative or trying to assist, she made the situation more frustrating.
Dealing with medical issues is already stressful, and this kind of dismissive attitude only adds to that stress. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism in a healthcare setting where patients should feel supported and respected.
Professionalism should be a standard in any medical environment, and unfortunately, this office falls short in that area. I hope the administration takes steps to train the staff on respectful communication and patient service, because the current atmosphere is not one that fosters trust or comfort.

this is the kind of wisdom that Dr. Jason Crouch exhibits every time I see him. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor I always love seeing his beautiful smile
